Fees & Charges

At Impact Gymsport Academy, our fees are calculated on an 8-week term basis, in line with government primary school term dates.

To confirm your child’s place in a class, full payment of fees is required prior to the start of term. If payment has not been received, we may need to release the space to another family.

We understand that absences can happen; however, gymnasts who miss sessions due to sickness, injury, or other commitments are not eligible for fee reductions.

A $20 administration fee applies to any requested change of class, day, or time during the term.

To maintain the quality and safety of our programmes, we are unable to offer make-up classes.

Gymnasts who join partway through the term will be charged on a pro-rated basis.

Cancellations and Refunds (Playgym & General Gymnastics)

If written notice of cancellation is received more than 7 days prior to the first class, term fees will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the term start are non-refundable.

If a gymnast is enrolled but does not attend, fees are not refundable.

We are unable to offer refunds or discounts for missed classes, late arrivals, or early departures.

Sickness and Injury

If your child is unwell, we ask that they stay home to rest and recover. As with all absences, we are unable to offer make-up sessions, as this helps us maintain the structure and safety of our classes.

While missed sessions are not eligible for fee reductions, we do understand that longer-term injuries or illness can occur. If a gymnast is unable to train for more than 4 weeks, you may apply to the Centre Manager for consideration of a partial credit, provided:

• a medical certificate is supplied, and

• the Impact office is notified before the 4-week period is reached.

At the Centre Manager’s discretion, a 50% credit for the missed time may be applied to the following term. To be eligible, the gymnast must not be participating in any training during this period.

We are always happy to consider any special circumstances—please feel free to reach out in writing if needed.

Change of Class

A $20 administration fee applies to voluntary class changes during the term.

This fee does not apply in the following situations:

• Gymnasts invited to move into a competitive squad

• Classes cancelled due to low enrolment. In this case, we will offer an alternative class where possible, or provide a refund for any unattended sessions if a suitable option is not available

Holiday Program Payments

Cancellations within 7 days of the holiday program start date are non-refundable unless a medical certificate is provided. In this case, a $20 administration fee will apply.

Competitive Gymnastics Payments

Competitive gymnasts are automatically re-enrolled each month. Fees are due on the 5th of each month, and any overdue payments will incur a 5% late fee. Invoices are sent automatically for your convenience.

If fees fall into arrears, Impact Gymsport Academy reserves the right to pause enrolment or deny class attendance unless prior arrangements have been approved by the Centre Manager.

If you wish to withdraw from the competitive program, we require 4 weeks’ written notice. Without this notice, fees will continue to apply as outlined in our handbook.

During competition season, gymnasts may miss scheduled training sessions due to events. As they are still being coached at competitions, make-up sessions are not offered for these dates.
