Kindergym (Ages 2–4) Birthday Party

Our Kindergym parties are perfect for our youngest guests. Coach-led circuits guide children through soft play equipment, trampolines, obstacle courses, and age-appropriate gymnastics activities, all designed to build confidence, coordination, and balance. Children also have the option to enjoy free play for the entire session if they prefer a more relaxed approach. Coaches ensure every child is engaged, having fun, and safe on the equipment. After the gymnastics session, there’s 30 minutes for food, cake, and celebration, making it a complete party experience for your little ones.

Gymnastics Parties for Ages 5+

For children 5 years and older, parties include rotational gymnastics circuits where groups move through bars, beam, floor, and trampoline stations, learning skills and having fun along the way. Like the Kindergym parties, older kids can also choose free play for the full session, giving them flexibility to explore and enjoy the gym as they like. Coaches lead games, skill challenges, and obstacle courses while ensuring safety and engagement. 30 minutes of food and cake time completes the celebration, giving everyone a chance to relax and celebrate the birthday child.

Party Essentials

Payment: Full payment is required prior to the party date to confirm your booking.
Arrival & Set-Up: Arrive 15 minutes early to welcome guests and decorate. Trestle tables are provided.
Gymnastics Session (90 Minutes): Coach-led activities tailored to age and energy levels.
Food & Celebration (30 Minutes): Enjoy food, cake, and birthday celebrations.
What to Bring: Food, drinks, birthday cake, serving utensils, and any decorations.
Kitchen Facilities: Fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, Milo, sugar, cups, and cleaning supplies.
What to Wear: Comfortable, flexible activewear. Bare feet only, hair tied back, no jewellery.
Safety Guidelines: Only children on equipment; no food or drink on mats.
Clean-Up: Leave the area tidy; $50 cleaning fee may apply if not.
Younger Children & Pick-Up: Children under 5 must be supervised; parents to collect 10 mins early.
Cancellations: Refunds minus $50 admin fee if cancelled more than 7 days prior; no refunds within 7 days.

11–15 children: $325

16+ children: $325 + $15 per additional child
