Class Structure

01

Movement to music and a basic gymnastics stretch sequence to get warmed up.

Activities encouraging the use of hand eye and foot eye coordination, brain development, and body strength.

Landing drills to help reduce injury through proper landing technique, fun games and warm down.

Things to remember for Kindergym.

Dress your child in comfy clothing such as shorts and a t-shirt. In cooler months we recommend thermals to keep your child warm.
Activities are done barefoot for safety and comfort.
Bring a named water bottle to stay hydrated. We will provide a drink bottle at a cost of $5.00
Long hair must be securely tied back.
