Things to remember

Wear appropriate gymnastics attire, such as a leotard or fitted shorts and a t-shirt, to allow for unrestricted movement during training.
Bring a clearly labeled water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
Some classes may require specific equipment such as grips, so check with your coach and bring them if needed.
Ensure long hair is securely tied back with hair ties to keep it out of the face and prevent distractions during practice.
